What an atmosphere! The music is pumping, the camp is buzzing, and everyone is fully embracing the OppiPanne spirit. 🤠

Yesterday was all about good vibes, great people and making memories — and our incredible group is certainly making the most of it!

And Dress-Up Day… and WOW! 😂🎭 You guys absolutely delivered! From the outfits to the laughs, the energy has been next level.

🐾 Africa's Most Successful Hunter! 🐾

Did you know the African Painted Dog is one of Africa's rarest and most fascinating predators? Unlike wolves or domestic dogs, every painted dog has a unique coat pattern—just like a human fingerprint! Their beautiful patches of black, gold, white, and chestnut help them blend into the African bush.

These incredible animals are true team players. Living in close-knit packs, they communicate with high-pitched calls and work together with remarkable precision. Their teamwork gives them an astonishing hunting success rate of around 80%, making them even more successful hunters than lions or leopards.

Painted dogs don't hunt for sport—they hunt to survive, and they care deeply for one another. Injured, sick, and young pack members are often fed first, showing an incredible level of cooperation and compassion.

Sadly, fewer than 7,000 African Painted Dogs remain in the wild. Every sighting is a privilege and a reminder of why protecting Africa's wild places is so important.
