Maletsunyane Braai Festival is the biggest braai festival in Lesotho. It takes place against the backdrop of the breath-taking Maletsunyane Falls in Semonkong which is about 115km from the capital City-Maseru. The fall has been certified by the Guinness World Records as the longest commercially operated single-drop abseil in the world.

COVID 19 & MOZAMBIQUE TRAVEl INFO Update.

NB: This information applicable only for SA & SADC nationals crossing by Road at LEBOMBO (Komatipoort) Border. (other Nationals & Other Transport travellers confirm latest requirements, and which borders open)
Kosi Bay Border Currently Closed.

Very Briefly:

1. Travellers entering Mozambique must have proof of a valid Covid 19 PCR Test done within prior 72 hours.

2. This Test is valid for 14 days from date of test. It is NOT necessary to be retested again in Moz prior to return to SA if re-entry is within this 14 day window. You are NOT required to quarantine in Moz or SA if within this 14 day window. Current cost of test in SA is about R800 - R1000 depending where tested. Original Test Results AND original payment receipt must be presented. Not photocopies.

3. Children 5 years and younger are not required to test.

4. SA & SADC passport holders do not require a visa and can still enter Moz as before up to a max of 30 days per entry.

5. There has been various notifications posted on Social & News Media that in the near future, the Covid Antibody test will be available at the border. This is said to take 1 hour, and cost about R150.00, but no roll out date has been confirmed yet.
