VULTURE CONSERVATION by Neil Hiestermann

A call to all the birders amongst us. Vulture conservation is crucial for Rhodes and our mountainous meanders.

On the 9th of September I will be lugging my little legs up the infamous Rhino Mountain in a bid to raise funds for vulture conservation. I would greatly appreciate any donations towards, at the very least, attempting to keep the wild places that vultures inhabit wild.

As a token of my gratitude and perhaps a sort of incentive, I will tie the donors three of my deadliest flies for revelatory rapture on the Rhodes rivers.

Approximately 50 female learners at Rhodes Public School received a remarkably generous donation today from Kisch IP & the MINA Foundation aimed at supporting them during their monthly menstrual cycles. The donation included provision for proper hygiene & education. This contribution is an additional benefit derived from the Rhodes Run event. Not only will it provide financial assistance, but will also contribute to promoting higher standards of cleanliness & hygiene within the local community.
The distribution of these resources to female adult residents of Zakhele will take place tomorrow at the Arthur Yawa Clinic.
