17 Fountains spog nou met 'n ontspanningsarea waar groot en klein hulself kan vermaak. Veerpyltjies, bordspeletjies, leesstof en tekengoed slaan verveeldheid hok as die weer nie saamspeel nie. Die Foosball-tafel is 'n nuwe toevoeging 😊. Die "vertrek" het 'n skuifdeur na die braai/patio.

Die strand is net 110m ver via 'n veilge wandellaan vanuit die kompleks, geen strate hoef oorgesteek te word nie.

Die eiendom bied gratis toegang tot die Shelley-point Clubhouse swembad dmv 'n elektroniese toegangsskyfie. Ouers kan die restaurant of kroeg besoek terwyl die kinders die swembad geniet. Daar is selfs 'n plaspoel vir jonger kinders.
