Welcome to The Beach House and Cottage

The Beach House is located right on the beach with a children's play park on the street in front of the property.

Saldanha's water is warmer than the rest of the West Coast and ideal for swimming and kite surfing. The location is also a short drive from Langebaan, Paternoster, the West Coast National Park, shopping malls and restaurants.

The Beach House is ideal for couples, families (with kids), and big groups who would like to spend a holiday on the beach!

The space

The Beach House consists of a two bedroom house that overlooks the bay with a large lounge, flat screen TV, Wifi, fire place and open plan kitchen. Both Bedrooms share a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin.

Behind the house is a three bedroom flatlet with kitchenette. There's one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs. The children's room upstairs have two bunkbeds and is open to the stairway... please note that this bedroom is not doored and not completely private as the other bedrooms.

The flatlet bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.

Both the house and flatlet are being rented together as one unit.

Guest access

The house and flatlet are rented together and can accommodate 12 guests in 5 rooms. The one bedroom is a children's bedroom with two bunkbeds sleeping 4 kids. It's an ideal holiday house for large families with friends. Guests will have access to both buildings, the garden, double garage and the beach. There's also a weber braai and outdoor furniture available for use.

Interaction with guests

There will always be someone to welcome guests on arrival, but please note this is a self catering facility and guests will be required to cater and clean for themselves.
