Unfortunately our neighbor has built in front of us, however you can still see the breakers … and whales & dolphins. dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven. Laundry fully equipped with clothes washing machine, tumble-dryer, iron etc. Second oven & stove in cottage. Parking: Secure off road parking for 4-5 cars. (Cars with very low ground clearance, eg cars with low spoilers, may find it tricky getting into the driveway)
Security: The house is fitted with an alarm linked to Chubb Armed Response. There are also security beams on the patio which can be armed independently of the interior. The house is fully walled, with 1.8m walls all around. The car gate & pedestrian gate are lockable – Despite the security, this is South Africa: Please do not leave valuables in view of the street. Do not leave valuables unattended on the beach. Exercise caution as you would at home. Cleaning Staff: Daily servicing (excluding weekends & public holidays). Personal laundry not included in daily servicing. Other:
• Short drive to Port Shepstone (Shops, restaurants, hospitals, schools, and all other public amenities)
• Walk along the beach to Southport bathing beach. Short drive to other popular bathing beaches (Banana, Sunwich, Tweni, Margate, St Mikes and others)
