helps the organization to provide semi-skilled and skilled
individuals to the labour market.

organisation committed to providing a platform that aims to
develop the community and general society by presenting
employment opportunities in partnership with key
stakeholders that share the vision of community development. Founded in 2015, T.B.H aims to provide
equal and effective job access for all through its innovative
and sophisticated job p

reparedness functions. The NPO has
formulated various job-preparedness-activities that are
clustered under the umbrella called “Township Business Hub”). The TBH offers three “job-experience” programmes that
expose the individuals on our database to practical work
experience pre-hand being placed with a company. Beyond the skilling of
individuals for placement in the labour market, TBH strives to
be the promoter of opportunities that support, connect and
grow individuals in their chosen careers, not excluding
entrepreneurship.
