They are very shy thus we do not see them often.
This guy was in pile of wood get a bit of lekker heat.
Just gently picked him/her up put in the brush and continue packing the bag of wood...just Lekker

We have had a pair of these lizards running around Brendas she shack for awhile.Today we found 2 new additions to the Lekkerplek family.

Was doing a bit of random gardening this morning.
A bit of water here a bit of water there.
Pulled out a sweat potatoe or two then thinned out the leek patch and dada bright idea...got leeks ,carrots from last years harvest,thyme, a potatoe or two we pulled up a few days ago.
Peeped in the fridge...aha cream.
A half a loaf of home baked bread.
BACK to the bright idea....leek and chicken soup for lunch....wasss amaze balls....note to self go well as a starter to the ostrich steak with red wine reduction....definitely a redo next week
