After spending the day evaluating several bulls, we finally found the one we were looking for. Sitting quietly in the long grass for what felt like forever, we waited patiently for the perfect opportunity and the right shot presentation.

Buffalo hunts are never easy — and this one tested us every step of the way.

From poachers chasing the buffalo, to getting completely soaked by relentless rain, and even having the truck stuck far from any help, the hunt was filled with obstacle after obstacle. But through every challenge, we kept pushing forward.

In the end, perseverance paid off with an outstanding buffalo and an unforgettable experience. Ron proved to be an absolute machine behind the rifle, making a great shot that put the bull down quickly and cleanly.

A hard-earned Buffalo, an incredible adventure, and the perfect way to end an unforgettable hunt in Zululand.

While fighting strong winds on the top of a mountain we ran into this beaut of a Barbary sheep.

He wasn’t on the list but great to see such a big ram.
