We are facilitating a 4 day retreat welcoming you to tune into the subtle language of your body.
This is a personalised experience for you to explore an Ayurvedic approach to health, balance and vitality using food and lifestyle as allies.

We will journey into:

• Toxic build up
• Gut fire
• Yoga as therapy
• Breathing for your nervous system

In addition to this, we have 2 pop-ups either side of the retreat that can serve as an add on to your retreat experience or as a day experience to get a taste of this work.
