We are proud to reshare that the Kasi Run will be taking place in our community, Thembalethu. We believe that run like this brings people together, promote health, and show visitors the vibrant spirit of our township.

Every day, guides are the bridge to the wild.

I get to walk with kids through bush, rivers and trails — helping them spot tracks, ask questions, and understand how everything in nature is connected.

When a child learns why the ants matter, why we don’t litter, and why we watch animals quietly… something shifts.

When kids understand nature, they fall in love with it.
And when they love it, they protect it.

This World Conservation Day, I celebrate every guide who’s out there turning curiosity into care.
And to the little humans I guide — thank you for reminding me why this work matters.
