The staff who service the lodge live on the premises in their own accommodation. They are familiar with COVID protocols with regards social distancing, cleaning and sanitising. Their work hours are set but they are available 24/7 if assistance is required. The hosts do not live in the immediate area but are available telephonically and have a network of people in the area to assist if necessary.
