Our very own ‘Vultures Restaurant’.

From a young child I remember taking our cattle that had passed away out for the vultures here on the farm.

It’s our little bit of help for these magnificent birds.
And now the greatest joy is sharing it with my own kids.

Watching Bearded Vultures and Cape Vultures come in to feed reminds us why we protect this place.

Unbelievable sighting on our Sunday walk ✨

Two Bearded Vultures sitting just above our river lands.

Also called “Lammergeiers”, these giants are one of the rarest birds in Southern Africa.
To see TWO, right here on Penwarn Farm, is something we’ll never forget.

Winter in the Drakensberg really does bring the magic.
