I would love to tell you more about eco rubber and what a wonderful product it is. I personally have been in the plumbing industry for 12 years working for and with a lot of construction companies. I have seen the old lap and membrane, torch on literally every thing but thus product eco rubber just stands out a lot it is not just a rubber water proof sealer that is UV resistant, chemical free but the difference is its flexible when the roof moves it doesn’t rip apart like the rest it move’s with it. Swelling and shrinking as needed through heat and cold elements. But the best is there are 7 type of colours, white ,black ,brown ,light grey ,green ,charcoal and terracotta. So u don’t just seal your roof you paint your roof that is awesome you just choose any of the 7 colours that suite your needs. Last but not least the product itself has a 10 year warranty on it this is how confident the suppliers are about their product on sealing your roof. Costs is about R145,00 TO R175,00 a square depends on how many preparation there is on your roof to ensure smooth application and it is for any kind of roofs.
