This rugged and efficient workboat is tailored for serious fishing operations, featuring a top-of-the-line Furuno electronics suite—including the cutting-edge CSH10 OMNI sonar for 360° fish detection and precision targeting.

To keep the catch in pristine condition, the vessel is equipped with a 25hp RSW (Refrigerated Sea Water) system, ensuring onboard chilling and maximum product quality.

We’re proud to announce the successful completion of the sea-trials for MFV Tightline — a sleek, purpose-built under 25GT tuna pole vessel designed for performance and efficiency on the water.

She handled beautifully on her maiden run, with all systems performing smoothly and safely. Another milestone ticked off as she gets ready to join South Africa’s hardworking tuna fleet!

We’ve just completed and launched MV Tightline, the latest addition to the Tuna Pole sector. Built tough and true, she’s headed for sea trials in the coming week before joining the fleet out of Hout Bay Harbour.
