From Tarangire – famed for its elephant population and impressive baobab trees – to the world famous Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti National Park, we invite you enjoy an authentic safari experience with us!

Our Serengeti Wilderness Camps (with just 10 tents) are set in prime locations and offer guests a comfortable stay with highly personalised service and excellent food.

Our brand new location for our ‘Central’ camp is on a beautiful section of river with great views and resident game. Sightings this week included a lion (he had been heard all night and appears to stay in the area permanently – part of a family of 8 or 9 seen regularly at the camp) plus baboon, leopard, cheetah, gazelle, impala, buffalo and some great birds – including a pygmy falcon…. all living around our new site. We are tucked well away from other lodges and camps, so no other lights or noise - it’s so peaceful at night.

Then it's onto Serengeti North Wilderness Camp – in a prime location for easy access to both the river and other game rich areas. Leopard & lion are fairly common sightings here. We decided to check out what was happening at the Mara River. Luck was on our side and within half an hour we witnessed a 12-minute river crossing – the water is quite low – but a long stream of wildebeest followed by zebra made it successfully from the south bank to the Lemai area of the Serengeti.

From there we went exploring and saw plenty (literally hundreds and hundreds) of wildebeest gathering and moving north. There are some gentle rains already – which will green up the landscape in no time. The migration is happening, we have space at our camps, our rates are great - so come experience the excitement of this great migration NOW!
