Little Acres Friendly owner family managed. Two self catering units, both one bedroomed with open plan lounge/kitchenette. One room, booked as room only.

Set in an idyllic lush 1,2ha garden, secured with an electric fence & ample safe parking. Central to all major hotels & conference facilities in the Central Drakensberg. You can find us easily on the main R600 road in the Valley shortly after the Nest Hotel.

Stay at Little Acres as your base for various day trips to other valleys for day walks. Here is a walk to Sunday falls at Royal Natal National Park, many call The Amphitheatre area.
Beautiful views, not a difficult walk, numerous protea trees and of course….. the spoil….. the cool forest with the gorgeous falls in.
Always consider to stop for a lunch at Tower of Pizza on your way home. We always order too many pizzas then we have lunch and take home for dinner.

A stunning walk to do right here in our valley. Nandi’s falls-Sterkspruit falls triangle.
I like to walk straight out to Nandi’s first, about 3.5km to the beautiful enchanted forest with the magnificent falls hidden inside.
Then the walk along the river to Sterkspruit. You can stop and swim in the pools along the way.
Approx 9km round trip.

This is at Cathedral Peak. An easy walk to Doreen falls and back. Numerous route choices and beautiful scenery along the way.
