Situated perfectly for you to enjoy a relaxing break away from the hussle & bussle of the city. The ultimate combination in tranquillity, peacefulness & comfort. Soundproof. House has an alarm and inside security beams. The open plan braai area / kitchen / living room area has a 65 inch smart tv with Netflix & basic DSTV available for use. There is also a loose standing outside braai available for

use. The property has unlimited wifi. This self-catering beach house is modern & fully equipped. A dishwasher is available, but the washing machine & tumble dryer are for stays exceeding 7 nights. We have 3 laundromats available in town for your comfort. 4 Bedrooms (2 large rooms with queen beds, 1 small room with a double bed & 1 very spacious room with a king bed) can sleep up to 8 persons. Two of the front rooms have doors that open up on to the deck. There are 4 bathrooms of which 3 are en-suites with walk-in showers. Please note this property does not have a bath. Within walking distance of the church, local shops & the beach, this home makes for the ideal getaway. Yzerfontein on the West Coast in South Africa has ample to see and do & is in close proximity to beautiful surrounding places to visit.

Base price is R2500 for first 4 persons out of season & R550 per person per night thereafter. During peak times & peak season, the base price will be R4500 for the first 4 persons & R650 per person per night thereafter.

Cleaning fee of R500 will be charged with all bookings, together with a refundable breakage fee of R1500.
