🌊 A Day of Joy, Learning, and Inclusion on the Zambezi

On Friday, 10th October 2025, the children of Cheshire Homes Livingstone were treated to a truly unforgettable adventure, an educational boat cruise on the mighty Zambezi River.

The experience was not only fun but deeply meaningful, giving our young learners the chance to engage with conservation messages in creative and interactive ways. Their excitement, curiosity, and laughter reminded us that inclusion is at the heart of true conservation. Every child, regardless of ability, can play a part in protecting our environment and living in harmony with nature.

We are sincerely grateful to Taonga Safaris and Houseboats, Livingstone Zambia and the Elephant Charge, African Pride Group, Responsible Earth Keeper's Foundation, and CATS-Conservation And Tourism Society for making this special day possible. Your partnership and commitment to both conservation and inclusion mean so much to us.

Together, we are nurturing a generation that values both people and wildlife, building a future where communities and nature thrive side by side.

On Saturday, 23rd August 2025, Friends of Livingstone Cheshire Homes held a successful fundraising walk from Mukuni Park to Mosi-oa-Tunya Square, officially flagged off by our Guest of Honour, Mr. Evans Fenete.

The walk brought together community members, partners, and well-wishers who stood with us to raise funds and create awareness for persons with disabilities. Your support helps us continue promoting dignity, empowerment, and inclusion.

🙏 A huge thank you to everyone who walked with us, supported, and contributed to this noble cause.

Together, we walk for hope, inclusion, and a brighter future.
