fastjet have announced major schedule changes on their key routes today.

Key changes:
🚫Kariba & Hwange flights suspended & will now be seasonal
⬇️HRE-Joburg: frequencies reduced because of "increased capacity" in the market
⬆️BYO-Joburg: performing well & will continue "offering greater flexibility for regional travellers"
➡️VF-Kruger: will operate with seasonal variations, with daily flights from 1 July to 30 September 2024
⬆️Joburg-VF flights are performing well, will continue 2x daily until April, then 3x daily between April and October 2024.

The biggest blow will be to connecting Kariba & Hwange to Victoria Falls and Harare. Whilst the will undoubtedly pick up the slack, it means accessing Kariba especially will cost more.
