Today, we begin sharing a dream that has lived in our hearts for many years.

Nestled beneath the majestic Mt. Makomwe in Bocha, just 30 minutes from Mutare, Zimbabwe, Makomwe Farm Lodge is being built as more than a place to stay. It is a place where family, nature, coffee, culture, community, and unforgettable African sunsets come together.

Our vision is to create a destination where every guest experiences the warmth of Zimbabwean hospitality, enjoys locally roasted Manicaland coffee, tastes farm-to-table meals, explores our beautiful countryside, and reconnects with nature.

This is only the beginning. Over the coming months and years, you’ll watch this dream grow—from a family farm into a destination we hope will inspire visitors from across Zimbabwe, Africa, and the world.
