A private lunch on the banks of the Zambezi River begins with drinks at the water's edge, the Zambezi moving slowly past.
When you sit down, the menu does what it always does... tells you where you are: Zimbabwean beef, locally grown vegetables and fish pulled from the Zambezi itself.
And then, just when you least expect it, a warthog trots into the scene, completely unbothered by your presence.
