شرطة دبي تُسعد سُياحاً بتوصيل مفقوداتهم إلى منازلهم في أوطانهم


عملاً بتوجيهات معالي الفريق عبد الله خليفة المري القائد العام لشرطة دبي، بالتواصل الدائم مع كافة فئات المجتمع من أجل إسعادهم وخاصة زوار الإمارة، سلمت القيادة العامة لشرطة دبي، مفقودات إلى سُيّاح في المملكة المتحدة، والمملكة العربية السعودية ودولة الكويت، كان أصحابها قد فقدوها في سيارات أجرة، وسلمها السائقون إلى مركز شرطة القصيص.
وأعرب السائحون الذين اعتقدوا أنهم لن يسترجعوا ما فقدوه من مقتنيات، عن شكرهم الجزيل إلى القيادة العامة لشرطة دبي وحرصها على إسعادهم، واهتمامها الشديد في توصيل مفقوداتهم إلى مقار سكنهم رغم بعد المسافة، مؤكدين أن هذا يدل على ما يتمتع به المجتمع من أمن وأمان.
السائح البريطاني
وحول التفاصيل، أوضح العميد يوسف العديدي، مدير مركز شرطة القصيص، رئيس مجلس مديري مراكز الشرطة، أن سائحا بريطانيا فقد محفظته التي تحتوي على جواز سفر أحد أقاربه، و13 بطاقة مختلفة، ما بين ائتمانية وهويات ووثائق شخصية في إحدى سيارات الأجرة أثناء توجهه إلى مطار دبي الدولي للمغادرة إلى بلده.
وأشار إلى أن سائق سيارة الأجرة عثر على المحفظة وسلمها إلى مركز شرطة القصيص، فيما باشر المركز فورا التحقق من تواجد صاحب المحفظة في الدولة ليتبين مغادرته إلى موطنه، مضيفا أن شرطة دبي تواصلت مع السائح هاتفياً وأرسلت له المحفظة عبر شركات الشحن والخدمات اللوجستية.
رسال شكر
بعد استلامه للمحفظة، أرسل السائح البريطاني رسالة نصية إلى بريد شرطة دبي الإلكتروني عبر فيها عن امتنانه البالغ لجهود شرطة دبي، وحرصها على إسعاده في توصيل المحفظة إلى منزله رغم بُعد المسافة، خاصة وأن المحفظة تحتوي على بطاقات شخصية مهمة جداً، قائلاً في الرسالة:" توصيل المحفظة قد يكون أمراً بسيطاً لدى البعض، لكنه يعني لي الكثير بسبب محتوياتها من البطاقات المهمة، فشكراً لكم".
حقيبة كويتي
وحول القصة الثانية، قال العميد العديدي إن شرطة دبي حرصت أيضاً على توصيل حقيبة ظهر إلى مواطن كويتي كان في زيارة إلى دبي، لكنه أضاعها قبل مغادرته الدولة، فعثر عليها أحد الأشخاص وسلمها إلى مركز شرطة القصيص، مبيناً أن الحقيبة احتوت على جهاز لوحي وهاتف نقال ذكي.
ولفت إلى أن شرطة دبي تواصلت مع صاحب الحقيبة وبعد التحقق من أنه مالكها، أرسلت الحقيبة له، فيما تقدم مالك الحقيبة بالشكر والعرفان إلى القيادة العامة لشرطة دبي على حرصها لتوصيل الحقيبة إلى منزله.
هاتف إلى السعودية
وفي القصة الثالثة، أشار العميد العديدي إلى أن شرطة دبي أوصلت هاتفاً نقالاً إلى مواطن سعودي بعد أن نسيه في سيارة أجرة أثناء عودته إلى موطنه، مبيناً أن سائق سيارة الأجرة سلم الهاتف إلى مركز شرطة القصيص بعد أن عثر عليه في سيارته.
ولفت إلى أن المركز عثر برفقة الهاتف على رقم هاتفٍ سعودي مدون على ورقة، وبعد الاتصال بالرقم تبين أنه يعود إلى صاحب الهاتف، فتم إرساله إليه عبر خدمة شركات الشحن والخدمات اللوجستية، فيما أعرب المواطن السعودي عن شكره وبالغ ثنائه وتقديره لشرطة دبي على اهتمامها بتوصيل الهاتف له، لاسيما وأنه يحتوي على بيانات ومعلومات وصور عائلية خاصة.
