Twenty-five years...
What an incredible journey it has been. ✈️💙
01 July 2026, today we celebrate 25 years of Helloworld Travel Blacktown. Looking back, I could never have imagined where this journey would take us. We've experienced incredible highs, navigated industry-changing events, and survived challenges that once seemed impossible. Through it all, one thing has remained constant, the amazing people who have been part of this journey.
To my incredible team, both past and present, thank you. Your loyalty, dedication, hard work, laughter and friendship have helped build this business into what it is today. I couldn't have done it without you.
To our wonderful clients, thank you for trusting us with your holidays, your adventures, your honeymoons, family reunions, bucket-list trips and lifelong memories. Many of you have become much more than clients, you've become friends. Your support over the past 25 years means more than words can express.
To our valued business partners, my amazing accountant and book keeper, thank you for your collaboration, support and belief in our business. Together we've created unforgettable travel experiences for so many people.
And finally, to my family… my greatest supporters.
To my three beautiful children, who were all just babies when this adventure began. You grew up in the travel industry, often sharing your mum with clients, suppliers, flights, brochures and endless phone calls, my middle child who also shared his birthday with the business (27 today) 🎈
Thank you for your patience, your love and for always understanding that this business was part of our family.
And to my husband, affectionately known as the "Payroll Mistress" 😂 thank you for your unwavering support, your patience, and your faith in this slightly mad woman. You believed I could build a business while being a wife, a mother to three children under five, a daughter, a sister, a friend… and somehow make it all work. I couldn't have done any of it without you by my side.
Twenty-five years and 3 stores later, I am filled with gratitude, pride and excitement for what lies ahead. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this incredible journey. Here's to the memories we've created, the challenges we've overcome, and the adventures still to come.
