So many of the plants we have in our gardens here in Australia originated in China, including azaleas and peonies, as well as gardenias, camellias and certain magnolia species.

On our visit to Tiger Hill in The Grandeur of China’s Gardens, History and Culture, we see these plants in their natural setting, from the proliferation of colourful azaleas across the hillside to the carefully cultivated gardens. A beautiful connection between the gardens of China and those we enjoy here in Australia.
