Hello everyone,
I am reaching out to you through "Go Fund Me" for a wonderful family borna and bred in Zimbabwe. They have suffered many hardships in recent years and are now currently facing a crisis that affects their children's education. I have started this page to try and assist the Sparrow Family to be able to get enough money to help the kids get away from the discrimination and victimisation that has occurred to them in the past with their schooling. This video may give a better idea of the huge number of wildlife we encountered on The Makgadikgadi Plains. It is worth remembering that this video was taken on a major highway in Botswana right on the edge of the road.

I was back on the Makgadikgadi Pans last week again travelling to pick up clients in Maun and the exciting encounter with elephants continued. This time there were huge numbers and also the largest herds of zebra I have ever seen outside of the great migration in Kenya. These photos don’t show the true extent of the vast numbers of animals as I had to drive, explain to the clients what was happening AND take photos!

Safari season has well and truly started but finding time and internet in the African bush has been difficult. Even so I thought I would share a great encounter I had while driving to Maun in Botswana to meet clients. All the water for Maun is pumped in through a vast underground pipe system but the jumbo’s are too smart to let this beat them from having a cool drink. I caught these fellows on the side of the road enjoying themselves but also creating a big problem!
