It’s one of the most common questions we hear - and one we love answering.

On a recent four-day walk, our group brought together people from different generations and stages of life.

At first glance, they may have seemed an unlikely mix - but by the end, those differences had softened into something far more meaningful.

Age and background simply didn't matter. Everyone walked at their own pace, shared stories, supported one another, and found common ground in the experience.
