MIDDLE EAST TRAVEL UPDATE: MONDAY 9 MARCH

We are continuing to monitor the evolving situation in the Middle East. Some airlines have been able to resume limited operations, starting with repatriation and freighter flights, however a number of airspace restrictions remain in place.

💜 Emirates (EK) has resumed operations. Passengers who have confirmed bookings for Monday, 9 March in the afternoon may proceed to the airport. This includes customers transiting in Dubai, if they are also confirmed to travel on their connecting flight. Please do not go to the airport unless you hold a confirmed booking.

💜 Etihad Airways (EY) has resumed a limited commercial flight schedule from 6 March to 19 March, operating between Abu Dhabi and a number of key destinations. Customers with previous bookings will be accommodated on these flights as soon as possible.

💜 Qatar (QR) - Qatar Airways will resume operations once the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority announces the safe reopening of Qatari airspace.
