Free online workshop for business owners to improve their accessibility 🤝

Sparrowly Group is hosting a free online Welcoming All Customers workshop, helping local tourism and hospitality businesses create experiences that welcome every visitor, including people with disability.

The workshop will explore:
● what makes an experience stand out, from understanding ideal customers to polishing a product
● practical guidance on access and inclusion, covering the different types of disability, common pitfalls to avoid, and simple communication and physical assessment tools
● quick wins you can put in place immediately.

A huge thank you to Lady Blackbird for hosting our HRTO event and welcoming us into your Bakery for a unique and intimate evening. We’d also like to thank the amazing collaborators Binet Family Wines, Lardass Butter and Redgate Farm for all the amazing food and wine.

To everyone who came along, connected, shared a few laughs and supported our local tourism community, that's what it's all about. We loved seeing so many familiar and new faces and hearing about the partnerships that have been formed by meeting other tourism operators at our events!
