Just when you think you've seen the best of Australia, the Kimberley proves you wrong.

Cathy has just returned from cruising this spectacular coastline on the stunning Seabourn Pursuit, and what an incredible privilege it was! Seabourn is a fully inclusive cruise option that caters to everyone, from a fine dining restaurant to the casual restaurant with its outdoor terrace, to enjoy the stunning views and warm climate.

The remoteness of the region, with its dramatic landscapes, and the sheer grandeur of nature at every turn, made this a journey I'll never forget - a true bucket list trip.

Highlights included the majestic ancient red sandstone of King George Falls, the unique natural phenomenon of Horizontal Falls, the stunning marine life, and the rise and fall of Ashmore Reef, creating a feast for wildlife for several hours each day, and viewing ancient Indigenous rock art that tells stories thousands of years old.

The naturalist David Attenborough has called the Horizontal Falls 'one of the greatest wonders of the natural world.'
There is an abundance of bird life to discover, and those sunsets - a highlight of the end of each day.
This is Australia at its wildest, oldest, and most beautiful. No roads, no crowds, just nature on a scale that is hard to comprehend.
