We have recently relocated to our new office at 143A Como Parade East and for those of you who know our Parkdale Shopping Village, it’s almost directly opposite across the railway line to where we’ve been for 6 years on Como Parade West. Our team consists of our Owner/Manager Selena Luscombe and our amazing 2 Travel Consultants Richard Barnes & Libby Bownas who collectively have over 50 years worth of retail travel experience. 🚨 Important Europe Travel Update 🇪🇺✈️

The new ETIAS travel authorisation is expected to come into effect in the last quarter of 2026.

If you’re an Australian passport holder but also hold (or are automatically entitled to) citizenship in an EU country through family ties, this could affect you.

Under the new rules, dual citizens of an EU country will need to enter Europe using their EU passport — not their Australian one. 🛂

If you haven’t already looked into claiming your EU citizenship or applying for that passport, now is the time to start. These processes can take months, and planning ahead will help avoid any future travel disruptions.

For passengers travelling through the Middle East this year, please note that airlines are currently offering flexible rebooking or refunds only for flights departing on or before the following dates:

✈ Etihad Airways – departures on or before 21 March
✈ Qatar Airways – departures on or before 22 March
✈ Emirates – departures on or before 31 March

Passengers travelling within these timeframes have already been contacted with the latest airline updates.

For travel after these dates, flights remain confirmed as scheduled. Should you wish to make changes now, standard airline rebooking fees and fare conditions will apply according to your ticket terms.

If you decide to cancel any land arrangements, tours, or cruise components, the usual supplier cancellation policies will also apply.

Please also note that travel insurance policies generally do not cover claims related to acts of war, civil unrest, or government-issued “do not travel” advisories.
