Helloworld Travel Parkdale is a locally owned & operated travel agency that has been established in Parkdale for 22 years. We have recently relocated to our new office at 143A Como Parade East and for those of you who know our Parkdale Shopping Village, it’s almost directly opposite across the railway line to where we’ve been for 6 years on Como Parade West. Our team consists of our Owner/Manager

🚨 IMPORTANT UPDATE 🚨

For passengers travelling through the Middle East this year, please note that airlines are currently offering flexible rebooking or refunds only for flights departing on or before the following dates:

✈ Etihad Airways – departures on or before 21 March
✈ Qatar Airways – departures on or before 22 March
✈ Emirates – departures on or before 31 March

Passengers travelling within these timeframes have already been contacted with the latest airline updates.

For travel after these dates, flights remain confirmed as scheduled. Should you wish to make changes now, standard airline rebooking fees and fare conditions will apply according to your ticket terms.

If you decide to cancel any land arrangements, tours, or cruise components, the usual supplier cancellation policies will also apply.

Please also note that travel insurance policies generally do not cover claims related to acts of war, civil unrest, or government-issued “do not travel” advisories.

Sad to say that today will be our last trading day at 143A Como Pde East in Parkdale as we are closed tomorrow in preparation for our office move to Mentone (and of course Friday we will also be closed for the Grand Final public holiday).
We’ve loved our time in Parkdale and have fond memories of our offices on both sides of the tracks mostly due to our wonderful, loyal & lovely clients, and of course our fellow Parkdale traders.
However we are excited about our new office and are looking forward to a new chapter in Mentone.
