Impact of volcanic ash on Bali operations

Due to volcanic ash caused by an eruption of Mount Lewotobi in Indonesia, four early morning Jetstar flights between Australia and Bali on Wednesday 18 June have been cancelled.
Impacted customers have been notified directly and provided a range of options.
We continue to monitor the situation closely and will contact customers directly if there are any further changes to our schedule.
We recommend customers also check their flight status on Jetstar.com before going to the airport.

Indonesia has issued its highest alert level as one of the country's most active volcanoes, Mount Lewotobi Laki-Laki, erupted on Tuesday, sending a massive ash cloud more than 11 kilometers into the atmosphere. The eruption occurred at 17:35 local time (10:35 BST), according to the country's volcanology agency, with the ash cloud drifting across the tourist island of Flores.
