Good afternoon! I would like to share a HUGE TIP with you all! IF you use spray on lotion….REALIZE that we are a WINDY island! Our average wind speed over a year is like 20mph. So if you think that everything that comes out of the spray bottle hits your skin, think again…you are WRONG! The wind blows most of it away. So…I’m here to give you a MAJOR TIP… RUB IT IN! Spray and rub it in! If you don’t rub it in you will end up burning, and the result are SPECTACULAR! It’s like skin art, red stripes everywhere the spray didn’t hit! Think about it. So, if you want to use spray on sunblock, make sure you RUB IT IN! Another tip…reapply! Another tip, wear long sleeve quick dry sun shirts, you can even swim in those… (pics taken off Google images, but you get the point…I’ve seen worse!

Let me remind you 🚨
Today is overcast and VERY windy! I personally LOVE this weather. Now I know many of you get worried about this type of weather because you want nothing but 💯 sunshine. But let me tell you something… it’s on days like this where you tan the best, if you know what you’re doing! But you should be VERY AWARE of the UV Index. Everyone is ALWAYS asking about the weather forecast and if it’s going to rain or not. I get the question but that should be the least of your concerns…. You’re going to get ALL the physical and mental benefits of the sunlight no matter. But be very aware of our UV rays here, they are BRUTAL and will FRY YOU IN THE SHADE (no joke).
