Just rode the London Eye and honestly? 10/10 would recommend! 🎡

It rotates so slowly that you genuinely have time to soak in the views, take photos and film to your heart’s content. Each gondola is spacious — there are seats, plenty of room to walk around, and best of all, it’s air conditioned 😮‍💨 Such a relief with the heat wave we’ve been having lately!

One tip: skip the regular queue (it’s long!) and grab a fast track flexible ticket instead. No need to pick a time slot — just show up whenever suits you. Perfect if you’re spontaneous or have an ADHD brain like me 😄

And if you want to make it extra special — there’s a champagne experience option too 🥂 because why not treat yourself while you’re floating above London?

ADHD tip for Rome: the city is actually walkable in neighborhoods.
Don’t try to “see Rome” in a day. Pick ONE neighborhood per day.
Day 1 → Vatican area
Day 2 → Colosseum & Palatine Hill
Day 3 → Trastevere (best food, most chill vibes)
Your brain will thank you. Rome rewards slow travel.

Paris with ADHD can feel like sensory overload dressed up as romance. 😅
But here’s the version I actually recommend:
Morning → Skip-the-line Eiffel Tower access. No standing in a sea of tourists for 2 hours. You just walk in. Guide tells you fascinating history the whole way up. Views from the top = worth every second.
Evening → Seine River dinner cruise. You sit down, Paris floats past you all lit up, food arrives, and your only job is to exist and be amazed.
Two iconic Paris experiences. Zero chaos. Everything handled for you.
That’s ADHD travel done right.

My ADHD brain does NOT do well wandering ancient ruins with a map and zero context. I just stare at rocks and wonder why I paid to fly here. 😅
THIS tour fixed that completely.
It’s a small group tour led by an actual archaeologist — someone who has literally excavated this site. You skip the line, the group stays under 20 people (no chaos), and every single thing you look at gets a story attached to it.
You see the plaster casts of real eruption victims. The ancient brothel. The bakery that still has grooves in the stone. A dog frozen in time.
For travelers, guided = life-changing. Your brain stays locked in because there’s always something next. 2 hours, always moving, always learning.
