Step inside.

Our great room is made for time together: high wood ceilings, a big sectional for the whole crew, and glass doors that open toward the water. We're right on Tropic of Cancer Beach in Little Exuma, so the turquoise is never far from view.

The full kitchen flows into a big dining table for family dinners, and each of our 5 bedrooms has its own ensuite bath (10 beds and 6 baths in all). We host up to 14 guests (max 12 adults) in about 3,400 sq ft, with A/C, Starlink Wi-Fi and a backup generator to keep longer stays easy. When you're ready, the heated infinity pool is right outside, with snorkel gear on hand.

The heated infinity pool overlooking the beach is the centerpiece from the moment you arrive.
