The Ta Shebube desert safari is a new and exciting tourist destination on the Botswana side of the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park.

Ta Shebube has designed and developed two (2) desert lodges stretching along the arid Nossob River Valley of the KTP creating a really unique desert safari which delves deep into the Kgalagadi. The KTP is an isolated, unspoilt and undiscovered treasure trove with respect to its remote desert and solitude feel, rugged scenic beauty, the abundance and variety of wildlife, wilderness trails and culture.

To day Ta Shebube congratulates and celebrates Ouma Sekokole who is the first Motswana to reach Camp 2 located 6500m up Mount Everest. Due to a muscle injury she had to turn around but what an achievement!!! She took on this challange of climbing the highest mountain on Earth in efforts of raising awareness about cervical and prostate cancer. She has previously climbed Kilimanjaro and crisscrossed Botswana on bicycle in aid of cancer awareness. That is when she stayed at Rooiputs lodge for a few days. And Ouma if you need some piece and quiet after your mountainous experience you are more than welcome to visit Ta Shebube for a few days' rest. Our treat.
