Though we put our garden beds and sun hats to rest for the winter we're still hard at work on next year's big event.

2027's theme is a blank slate as of now! Our theme for 2026, Rhinestone Cowboy, was suggested by a commenter right here on social media.

We'd love to hear your thoughts, ideas, and inspirations for the theme for next year!

Section G: Flowers & Potted Plants

There was a stunning variety of flowers and displays this year! We'd love to see any stills you took so we could show them off, but in the meantime please enjoy this walkthrough of the flower section.

So many vibrant colours and creative designs! As an aside, we think the wooden signs for each section look very sharp.

While our gardens may be going to sleep for the season this is a nice reminder that our gardens will be back to welcome us next summer.

Thank you to everyone who entered and enjoy your well deserved winter rest!

Let's appreciate this cake baked by Mieke Lam, well done!

Details in particular to note: We're very fond of the adorable hay bale and the detail on the saddle is excellent! It's quite hard to tell in the picture but the cake was definitely shimmering, as it should, being an entrant in the "Rhinestone Cowboy" themed entry section!

Congratulations on your ribbon, Mieke!

One of the standout entries in this year’s Youth Division was this gorgeous woodland cake.

We would love to hear the story behind it. If the young baker or their family would like to come forward, we would be delighted to do a little interview about the inspiration, the process, and any trials and travails along the way. We will protect the young baker’s anonymity.

Congratulations on a beautiful entry, and thank you for sharing your baking with us. Keep baking and keep creating!

What a wild and wonderful Fall Fair that was, don't you agree?

Please do stay posted on here, we will be doing an in depth series showing as many parts of the Fall Fair as we can for those that weren't able to attend this year. We'll get into the details!

Until then (which won't be long) say howdy to this second place ribbon winning Rhinestone Scarecrow. The work that goes into these creations is extraordinary!

We're particularly fond of the miniature disco balls adorning the hat, dazzling.

A shout out to one of our gold sponsors, Kokanee Ford This family business has been a great supporter of our Fall Fair and other community initiatives in Creston.

Their employee pricing promotion is on now - but ends soon on Sept 30th.
