The last few days of our Costa Rica adventure have been all about Sámara. 🌴☀️

After exploring La Fortuna and the cloud forest of Monteverde, it’s been so nice to slow things down and enjoy the warm weather, beautiful beaches and laid-back pace of Costa Rica’s Pacific coast.

One of my favourite parts of travelling is experiencing destinations firsthand. It means when a client asks, “But where should we actually stay? How long should we go? Is it worth adding that stop?” I can answer from experience.

Costa Rica has been such a great reminder that sometimes the best trips have a little bit of adventure, a little bit of luxury, and a few days with absolutely nowhere you need to be. ❤️

We’ve made it to the cloud forest! 🌿🇨🇷

After a 2.5-hour drive from the hot springs of Arenal, we’ve checked into the beautiful Monteverde Lodge, a luxury ecolodge with just 31 rooms, gorgeous gardens and its own private cloud forest reserve.

Tonight: a nighttime wilderness hike! 🔦🐸
Tomorrow: hanging bridges and exploring Monteverde.

I’m spending a few nights at The Springs Resort & Spa in Arenal, Costa Rica 🇨🇷🌋

We’ve been enjoying the incredible hot springs, beautiful volcanic views and a little time to relax and explore this amazing part of the country.

Today’s adventures: rafting and sloth spotting! 🦥🚣‍♀️

It’s a tough job, but somebody has to do the destination research! 😉✈️
