Over The Deep End is an indoor aquatic fitness studio that offers a large variety of classes from Boot camp style to therapy swims

Over The Deep End is a heated indoor pool that offers programs for all ages. We offer a variety of aqua fit classes from Boot Camp, water yoga, to classes specifically designed for beginners. Hip Hip Hooray!
Malyn gets a new hip today!
Our little mermaid 🧜‍♀️ won’t be swimming for a little while as she recovers from her hip replacement 😳 , of course she will be back on deck and in the water in no time!
Thanks for all the encouragement and positive vibes sent our way; we are feeling the love ❤️

11:40-12:20 - 3-5 year olds (3 spots)
1:00-1:40pm - 5-10 year olds (2 spots)
2:20-3:00pm - 3-5 year olds (3 spots)
3:40-4:20pm - 5-10 year olds (2 spots)

Wednesday night we will see what the future physicians are made of😃 I’m not talking about blood types or bone structure. I’m talking about true grit.💪
MHA - Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital & Four Counties Health Services is hosting an amazing race for 10 lucky medical students and the finish line is at Over The Deep End💦 Malyn and Teresa will put them through the paces of a high energy water boot camp class🤫

• intro to first aid & CPR
• how to be responsible and demonstrate leadership
• Managing difficult behaviours
