I think this might be the collab of the CENTURY 🌶️🔥

KFC x Flamin’ Hot Cheetos has officially landed in Canada and I couldn’t be happier!! I am a FIEND for Hot Cheetos, so the second I saw this menu drop, I knew I needed to try it. And the fact that we actually got it here in Canada?! 😭

Here’s what I got:
🌶️ Flamin’ Hot Chicken Sandwich
🍟 Flamin’ Hot Fries
🥤 Cheetos Dirty Soda
🔥 Flamin’ Hot Dip Cup
🍗 Popcorn Chicken

The Flamin’ Hot sauce was definitely the star for me ,super tangy, flavourful and SO good. I do wish it had a little more spice though!

Overall, the whole menu was super solid and I was genuinely impressed. If you’re a Hot Cheetos lover like me, definitely give the KFC x Flamin’ Hot menu a try while it’s here because it’s only available for a limited time!!!

Cookies are the ultimate sweet treat in my opinion 🍪🤎

I got the most unreal box of cookies sent to me from Kim at The Whisk Taker’s Oven 🤎🍪 and I was definitely not mad about it!! The SMELL when I opened the box… unreal 🤤

Honestly, all of the cookies were amazing, but the Mini Egg and Biscoff cookies definitely win it for me!! Although I do love a little bit of salt on a chocolate chip cookie too 👌🏼🍫

🇰🇷 Save this for your trip to Seoul!

If Namsan Tower is on your Seoul itinerary, here are a few things to know before you go!

🚠 Getting there: We took the Namsan Cable Car up, which I’d definitely recommend if you don’t want to hike! From Myeongdong Station (Exit 3), it’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the cable car.

🎟️ Ticket prices:
• Cable Car: ₩15,000 round trip / ₩12,000 one way
• N Seoul Tower Observatory: ₩29,000 per adult

💡 My biggest tip: You don’t necessarily need to pay to go up to the observation deck! There are free outdoor viewing areas around Namsan Tower with amazing views over Seoul, and we personally felt like those were more than enough.

🌅 When to go: I’d recommend arriving about an hour before sunset!

🔒 And before you leave, make sure to check out the famous Namsan Tower love locks! You can bring your own or buy one there and leave a little memory behind in Seoul. ❤️

We loved this stop and I’d definitely add it to your Seoul itinerary if it’s your first time visiting!

MY 5 DAY WORKOUT SPLIT 🏋️‍♀️🍑

When I’m training consistently, I try my best to get in at least 5 lifts a week! This is the weekly gym workout split I usually follow to make sure I’m able to hit everything!

✨ MONDAY — Glutes + Hamstrings
✨ TUESDAY — Shoulders + Triceps
✨ WEDNESDAY — Quads
✨ THURSDAY — Back + Biceps
✨ FRIDAY — Glutes

And if I train an extra day… I’ll throw in a chest day too because we don’t neglect our upper body over here!!! 💪🏼

I love this 5 day workout split because I’m able to hit my glutes twice a week while still training quads, hamstrings, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps + chest throughout the week.

thank you starbucks for making me one happy fall girly!! 🍂☕️🥧🤎

starbucks has officially released their fall food + drink menu for 2026 and they absolutely killed it with these items!!

i love that they brought out some more unique fall treats this year, and these little pies were definitely a favorite. 🥧✨ they were perfectly sized, not sickly sweet, and just the cutest little fall treat to pair with a starbucks fall drink!

i will 100% be grabbing these a lot this fall season!! 🍁

and pro tip: make sure you get them warmed up!! trust me, it makes them even better 🤭

Fruit + sugar is the ultimate sweet treat combo! 🍓🍊✨

We stopped by Momo Tanghulu in Richmond to finally try tanghulu, and it definitely lived up to the hype!

They had so many different fruits to choose from, plus a great selection of drinks. My personal favorites were the strawberry and orange!!I honestly wasn’t expecting all of the fruits to work so well, but they were all delicious! The crunchy sugar coating is also so satisfying 🤤

We also tried a couple of their drinks, and they were super creamy and I loved the chewy texture of the pearls!

If you’re looking for a fun dessert spot in Richmond, I’d definitely recommend checking them out! 🍓

Yellowstone National Park completely exceeded my expectations, but there were definitely a few things I wish I knew before visiting! 🦬🏔️

Here’s a little more detail on the 5 tips I shared:

⏰ Arrive early. The park gets busy surprisingly fast, especially during the summer. You’ll have an easier time finding parking, avoid some of the crowds, and early mornings are usually the best time to spot wildlife.

📱 Download offline maps before you go. Cell service is limited throughout much of the park, so having Google Maps downloaded ahead of time makes navigating between attractions so much easier.

🌋 Plan your visit around Old Faithful. It erupts roughly every 90 minutes, and the park posts predicted eruption times. Checking the schedule ahead of time means you can spend more time exploring instead of waiting around.

🧥 Pack layers, no matter the season. Even in the middle of summer, mornings and evenings can be chilly, and the weather can change quickly throughout the day.

🚗 Don’t underestimate the driving. Yellowstone is HUGE, and getting from one attraction to another often takes much longer than you’d expect. Give yourself plenty of time, and don’t try to cram everything into one day, you’ll enjoy it so much more!!
