What’s one small thing that instantly changes the feel of a trip for you?

The most common question I get from new clients is this:

If I book the same hotel myself, is it really that different?

Yes. It is. But not in the way most people think.

The hotel is often the same.

Even the rate is often the same.

What changes is everything happening quietly around the reservation.

The room is ready when you arrive instead of hours later.
