What a fabulous evening at 19 Grill & Bar in West Kelowna! 🍽️✨

Their menu is expansive, with plenty of delicious options for vegetarian and vegan diners, too.

Or you can opt for the best of both worlds—starting with their seriously delicious and generous Short Rib Taquitos. Made from scratch with tender short rib tucked into white corn tortillas, then topped with avocado crema, pico de gallo and traditional queso, and finished with fresh cilantro. 🌮🤤

And because balance is everything… enter the colourful Vintage Salad! 🥗

Meet Roberto! 🍇

He’s part of the incredible vineyard crew at Little Engine W**ery, where so much of the magic begins long before the grapes ever make it into the bottle.

At Little Engine, the vines are hand-tended and the focus is on low-intervention farming. The philosophy is simple: nourish the soil with the right nutrients, create a healthy vineyard ecosystem, and allow the vines to thrive naturally, reducing the need for chemical intervention. A simple philosophy does not mean it’s easy work.

Healthy soil + thoughtful canopy management + happy vines = beautiful, ultra-quality fruit 🍇 … and, ultimately, exceptional w**e. 🍷😍👌🏽

Things may have slowed down a little on our roads and throughout our local businesses, but life continues—and our incredible w**e community is making the very best of the circumstances. September & October are some the best months to visit the Okanagan and take in its beauty and bounty.

Welcoming this wonderful group back to the Okanagan was such a pleasure. This time, we explored the beautiful Westside W**e Trail, where every stop brought incredible w**es, breathtaking vineyard views, and plenty of laughter along the way.

This is why I love what I do.

Every season I have the privilege of welcoming familiar faces back to the Okanagan. I watch friends reconnect, families celebrate milestones, couples steal a quiet moment together, and strangers leave as friends. By the end of the day, the worries of everyday life seem a little further away.

There’s something special about this valley. Maybe it’s the endless vineyard views, the warm sunshine, the sparkling lake, or the incredible people behind every w**ery and on each tour. Whatever it is, it reminds us to slow down, be present, and truly enjoy the moment.
