It’s not man-made, it’s formed by ocean currents naturally shaping the sand at Marino Ballena over time. 🌊🐋
And just offshore, humpback whales pass through these same waters every year coming here to give birth and raise their calves in the warm, protected ocean.
Costa Rica is one of the few places in the world where you can experience such a long whale season, with whales arriving at different times throughout the year.
Moments like this are always happening out here.
