It started with a request for mini golf. ⛳
We turned it into something a little more unforgettable.

50 guests. One resort. No golf course needed.

Our team at Dominicana & Partners DMC designed a golf-inspired teambuilding experience where the resort became the course , each privatized space its own station, its own personality.

Playful challenges. Unexpected targets. A little friendly competition. And a balance of indoor and outdoor activity to beat the summer heat. 😉

The CEO is a golfer. Watching him connect with his team through something he loves and seeing the non-golfers match that energy that's the moment right there.

Our staff kept the momentum alive from start to finish.

This is what we love about what we do: one simple idea, shaped around the people, the place, and the connections we want to create.

Who says you need a golf course to bring a team together?

Behind every unforgettable experience are the people who make it happen. 💚

Our drivers are often the first welcome and the last goodbye our guests experience in the Dominican Republic. They are an essential part of the experience we deliver every day at Dominicana & Partners DMC

Last month, we went to their base to celebrate them by sharing a meal, spending time together, and most importantly, thanking them in person for the service they provide to us and our guests.

Since the very beginning, we have made a commitment that is incredibly important to us: 100% of the driver gratuities provided by our clients go directly to the individual drivers who earned them. It’s a practice we’re proud of, and one we hope becomes a standard across our destination.

But this evening wasn't just about gratuities. It was about saying thank you.

Thank you for the early mornings, the late nights, the professionalism, the smiles, and for helping us show our guests the very best of Dominican hospitality.
