Planning a Puerto Vallarta all-inclusive vacation? Here’s why Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta should be on your list!

This beachfront resort is tucked into a beautiful private-feeling cove surrounded by the Sierra Madre mountains, with incredible views of Banderas Bay.

We stayed at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta, and one of my favorite things was how the scenery was part of the entire experience. From the ocean views and beautiful beach to multiple swimming pools and beachfront dining, it’s a great option for couples and families looking for a relaxing Mexico getaway.

Before booking: Compare room categories and check exactly what’s included in your rate, especially your meal plan.

For October 19–20, I’m seeing an Ocean View Double room for $331 plus approximately $70 in estimated taxes for two guests. Prices and availability can change.

Las Caletas was one of my favorite full-day adventures in Puerto Vallarta. 🌴🌊

You arrive by boat to this hidden tropical spot surrounded by jungle and ocean, and there is SO much more to do than I expected.

We spent the day exploring, relaxing by the water, doing the zipline, watching fresh tortillas being made, and I even grabbed a $20 foot massage before ending the day with dinner and the evening show.

It’s such a fun choice if you want one Puerto Vallarta excursion that gives you a little bit of everything — adventure, beach time, food, nature and time to just relax.

I’d definitely plan this as a full experience rather than trying to squeeze something else into the same day.

Did you know the Museum of Science in Boston can literally play music with electricity? ⚡🎶

One of my favorite parts of our visit was the Theater of Electricity, where they use the museum’s giant Van de Graaff generator to create indoor lightning — and even change the pitch of the electricity to make music. It definitely got my attention. 😂

And that’s just one part of the museum. There are 700+ interactive exhibits covering everything from engineering and technology to dinosaurs, space, the human body, and more. The Exhibit Halls ticket also lets you skip the box office line and head straight in.

If you’re looking for a Boston activity that’s actually fun for both kids and adults, this is an easy one to spend several hours exploring.

Would you walk across a glass floor 19 stories above Times Square? 👀🗽

The Skywalk at One Times Square was one of the most unexpected things I did on my last NYC trip.

You ride up in a glass elevator, then step out above Times Square with incredible views of the lights, billboards, and streets below. The wildest part is the glass walkway, where you can literally look straight down over Times Square.

It’s such a fun option if you’ve already done some of the bigger NYC observation decks and want something different right in the middle of Midtown.

Top of the Rock — but with the upgrades 👀🗽

Top of the Rock is already one of my favorite places to see the New York City skyline, but this time I tried some of the extras too — and they make the experience feel completely different.

There’s The Beam, where you recreate the famous “Lunch Atop a Skyscraper” photo high above Manhattan, and Skylift, which takes you even higher above Rockefeller Center for another incredible view over the city.

And of course, you still get those classic Top of the Rock views — Central Park in one direction and the Empire State Building in the other.

If you’re planning a trip to NYC and want more than just a standard observation deck visit, I’d definitely compare the different upgrade options before you book.

Salem Waterfront Hotel & Suites — Salem, Massachusetts 🎃⚓

If you’re planning a trip to Salem this fall, location matters so much, and that was probably my favorite thing about staying at the Salem Waterfront Hotel.

We were right on the waterfront with the Harbor Walk behind the hotel, and we could walk to Essex Street, shops, restaurants, historic sites, and even over toward the House of the Seven Gables. We parked the car when we arrived and barely needed it again — and parking at the hotel was free, which is a HUGE perk in Salem.

I also loved all the little details here. The hotel had such cute, upscale decor, fresh cookies and water waiting in the lobby, a great indoor pool, room service, and an on-site restaurant with a scratch kitchen. Add in the harbor views and it really felt like the hotel was part of the Salem experience instead of just somewhere to sleep.

If you’re heading to Salem for Halloween season, a fall weekend, or just want to explore the history and waterfront, I’d definitely check this one out.

Planning a North Conway, New Hampshire family getaway or a trip to Story Land in the White Mountains? We stayed at Fox Ridge Resort in North Conway, which made an easy home base for exploring Story Land and other family-friendly attractions around the White Mountains.

Our Story Land day included the Topsy Turvy Tea Party with Cinderella, the wooden shoe rides, lots of walking around the park, and one very tired Juju by the end of the day. If you’re searching for where to stay near Story Land, family hotels in North Conway, White Mountains resorts, or things to do in New Hampshire with kids, Fox Ridge Resort is one to check for your trip. One of my favorite parts of our stay at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta was slowing down for a spa morning before checkout. After several busy days exploring Puerto Vallarta, touring resorts, filming, and being on the go, this was exactly what I needed.

If you’re researching Puerto Vallarta all-inclusive resorts or planning a Mexico vacation, Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta gives you that beachfront resort experience with dining, pools, ocean views, and the option to add some real relaxation into the trip too.
