She's fascinating! I can't wait for her to take you into her world. We'll travel through her paintings, in which she recounts her encounters and experiences in Ecuador.

In her beautiful art studio, in the countryside, Catalina offers an art workshop of transfers over wood, clay/ceramics and stone.
She developed this very antique technique herself for the last 20 years.

Each participant can make 3 pieces.
You will transfer images you like on the natural surface that you want and then set colors on them.

🎨 [ART WORKSHOPS WITH DIEGO JARAMILLO] 👨🏼‍🎨

Let's travel into the world of the incredible artist & architect: Diego Jaramillo (owner of Saladentro art gallery).
For the first time, Diego gives an art workshop and takes us through his creative process.

The experience takes place in two stages:

1. First workshop : APRENDER A MIRAR.

📆 Tuesday, June 10
⏳ 9am - 4pm
📍Meeting point : Diego's studio (address provided during the reservation).

Program of the day :

9:00-9:30 : Trip to Diego's country house.
9:30-10:30 : Discovery of the house. Explanation of the workshop. Refreshment.
10:30-1:30pm : Collection and observation of natural elements in the garden and around the house. Registration of these natural elements through drawing and/or photography (with your phone).
1:30-3pm : Lunch.
3-4pm : Return to Cuenca.

Cost : 65$ /person.
Includes : round-trip transportation + refreshment + workshop + materials of drawing + lunch.

2. Second workshop : MANERAS DE CREAR.

🦜[BIRDWATCHING] 🌞

Birdwatching next to Cajas with an ornithologist who speaks French, English and Spanish.
The hike is easy and accessible to all. There is a great restaurant to take a break/lunch.

We can lend 4 pairs of binoculars (if you prefer, you can also easily buy some in Cuenca).

Departure at 6:30 am at the Terminal Terrestre and return to Cuenca at about 12 - 1 pm.
