Long before palms welcomed Christ into Jerusalem, they were already sacred symbols in Ancient Egypt — representing victory, eternal life, and the journey of the soul.

The palm branch was held by the gods, carved into temple walls, and offered as a sign of renewal and resurrection. A reminder that life is cyclical, that endings are never truly endings… but gateways.

Today, we celebrate renewal a return to light, to life, to the quiet awakening within.

Long before modern Easter, the essence of this day was already alive in Ancient Egypt?

More than 4,000 years ago, Egyptians celebrated spring through Sham El-Nessim—a sacred festival marking the rebirth of life along the Nile. Families gathered in nature, shared food, painted eggs as symbols of creation, and honored the eternal cycle of renewal.

In Ancient Egyptian wisdom, life was never linear. It was a continuous cycle of death and rebirth.

The story of Osiris, the god who died and was resurrected, reflects this deep understanding—that transformation is not an end, but a beginning.

The lotus flower rising from the water…
The sun returning each morning…
The Nile flooding and bringing life again…

Honestly… this might be one of the best times to come to Egypt.

I know there’s a lot happening in the world right now, and naturally people feel a bit hesitant. We completely understand that.

But on the ground here — everything is calm, safe, and moving as it always has.

What has changed though… is the number of visitors.

And that’s created something really special.

Places that are usually crowded feel open.
Temples you’d normally share with hundreds… you might experience almost alone.
The pace becomes slower, more personal… more real.

It’s not just about seeing Egypt —
it’s about actually feeling it.

Walking into a temple in silence.
Sitting by the Nile without noise.
Being in the desert and truly hearing yourself.

Sometimes, when fewer people travel… the experience becomes deeper for those who do.

So if you’ve been thinking about Egypt —
this moment is actually a very beautiful one to come.
