Another tourist licence! In addition to the Vv we hold, there's now another requirement for a further licence (NRA), in order to comply with new legislation from 1st July.

I'm pleased to announce that we received our NRA (Unique Rental Registration Number) today, and are fully compliant! 🎉🎉🎉

Many villas still do not hold a Vv, let alone NRA. We have always committed to comply 100% with rental regulations in Spain and will continue to do so.

Happy Sunday from Casa Lucanna! We've not filmed inside and outside the villa for a couple of years, hope you enjoy it 🌞
