Seit 2 Monaten habe ich in meinem Portfolio die Villa Miramar in Colonia Sant Jordi. Jetzt waren die dritte Gäste da. Das schreiben sie als Feedback:

Outstanding stay! The location is truly exceptional—step off the spacious ground-level patio, down a few stairs, and you’re immediately at the Mediterranean. Unlike most waterfront properties here, there’s no public promenade between you and the sea, making it feel incredibly private. Bring water shoes to navigate the rocks, then snorkel right from the patio to see colorful fish and underwater scenery. The outdoor shower was perfect after swimming. The patio has ample seating, shade umbrellas, and incredible views. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the washing machine was a huge plus. Restaurants, a grocery store, and a sandy beach are all within walking distance, with Mallorca’s famous coves just 20 minutes away. We almost skipped this property because it had so few reviews, but the owner explained they had just completed a three-year renovation and we were only the second or third guests. Everything exceeded expectations, and the host was responsive and gracious. We’ll be back!

Stefano Cuppi war in der Casa Els Sestadors und hat gerade diese 5-Sterne-Bewertung auf trutstpilot abgegeben:

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 13/06 al 20/06 in questa finca davvero accogliente. La pace regna assoluta e il giardino è un plus davvero importante. La finca è corredata di tutto il necessario e al ns. arrivo abbiamo trovato il frigo con frutta fresca, acqua e bibite. Angeline è davvero brava e disponibile a dare consigli sulle spiagge e sui ristoranti. Posizione ottima per andare in spiaggia e/o visitare le varie parti dell'isola. Assolutamente consigliata!!! AAAA+++++

Schon heute irgendwo reingetappt…? 😄 Keine Sorge – ich meine nicht so spektakulär wie der Esel neulich 😉

Am 1. April erwischt’s ja in Deutschland traditionell viele – wobei die Spanier dafür lieber am 28. Dezember zuschlagen! 🇪🇸

Hier auf Mallorca läuft das Ganze allerdings ziemlich entspannt: In über 22 Jahren ist mir weder am April- noch am Dezember-Scherz-Tag etwas untergekommen.
