We had a little 'Thank you' party for all the people who had helped us get to where we are and Maria from The Treat Stop catered an amazing grazing table for us. It was amazing! Thank you to her (and her wonderful assistants) and to everybody who helped us celebrate! 🥰

It is a shame to remove old doors with so much character but for the comfort of our guests needs must....however our new doors do let the light flood into the kitchen. One facing west and one facing east...to catch the sun all day!

We love the brand new bathroom in our big gite, and will be creating an almost mirror image for the little gite also.

We hope that you will enjoy it when you come to stay. Booking for summer 2025 is available and we hope to have our website up and running soon!

We are getting there. Wall between living room and kitchen opened and the main kitchen installed along with our beautiful work station/breakfast bar from the amazing La Grange Unique . Some finishing touches and decorations needed, but we already have our first guests booked in for this summer!!!

Just picked up our first batch of handmade garden furniture from La Grange Unique and ordered our bespoke kitchen island and lighting from them. I am sure it will look PHENOMENAL!

Our new linteled opening, through a 70cm old French farmhouse stone wall...we just now need the stairs to actually let you walk through it. 😀 Hopefully to be installed from Monday.

So at last we have received our kitchen for the big gite, shown in the first picture. The second picture is what it should look like once it is installed. Unfortunately the third picture shows the current state of the kitchen where it needs to go 😵😬😃!

Ever since we started on this adventure Natasha has wanted one of these, but they are difficult to find or expensive or too far to transport. She now has her project for summer 2025 😁 Many thanks to Jeff and Janice for the gift, and Maria, Andrew and Amy for the transport!
